All very valid points

1) Way to much power to freely seize a domain
2) Didn’t work since RGF is already back
3) Go solve a murder instead

Seized 82 domain names of websites they claim were engaged in the sale and distribution of counterfeit goods & illegal copyrighted works.

It clearly shows they have no clue what sites they are targeting. OnSmash is a hub for promotion - just like the other countless blogs. They should be shutting down the sites that are illegally acquiring and selling music for their own benefit.
